Loft Tours ~ Downtown Sioux Falls

Housing Market Report April 2016 Sioux Falls Area
The Spring market is moving along as anticipated but we are starting to see the results of overall inventory decreases in the local housing market. The market-wide inventory levels were down 23%. This is the direct result of new listings decreasing 4.4% while pending sales have increased 64.1%. Housing prices have increased in the desirable communities where homes show well.
