The Sioux Falls Real Estate Market Data is in for the month of March and the Spring Market has come a bit early this year! The first quarter numbers for our local area create some interesting markets. Pending sales have increased as overall inventory levels have decreased. So for most price points we are in a sellers market. The price point that is still holding on to over 6 months worth on inventory is the $300,000 and above range. Homes at this price point are equal or still a bit of a buyers market with an average of 7 months of inventory.
